Call for the Expression of Interest and Concept Note for the Implementation Year 2016

The Enhanced Framework for Implementing with Partners (“Framework”) is an integral governance and management instrument for delivering quality protection to persons of concern in partnership, and supporting accountability for resources entrusted to UNHCR. The purpose of the Framework is to outline UNHCR’s policies, guidelines and practices for working with partners to implement projects.

One of the objectives of this Framework is to ensure that UNHCR partners with the most suitable organizations in a given operation for the implementation of projects, in order to provide quality protection and assistance to refugees and other persons of concern.

In compliance with the above requirement, UNHCR Sri Lanka, is calling for Expression of Interest from partners that have unique and complementary attributes to UNHCR’s capacities and resources for undertaking a specific project for the implementing year 2016.

Please find appended below,  ‘Call for Expression of Interest’ under different Project Titles and Project Locations signed by UNHCR Representative in Sri Lanka.  You are expected to select one or two Project Titles in which you can submit a Concept Note on the chosen Project Title. Pillar 1 – Refugees and Asylum Seekers/Refugee Returnees

Pillar 2 – Statelessness (persons at risk of Statelessness)

Pillar 4 – IDP Returnees
